Carmel valley thunder storm

Awakened at 4:45 am to a display of Mother Nature in all her powerful glory. Such loud crackling bursts of thunder preceded by light flashes and bolts of lightning. Wow!!

Carmel Area Experiencing Lowest Levels of Inventory in Three Years

In looking at our local market around Carmel which includes (Carmel by the Sea, Carmel county, Carmel Highlands and Carmel Valley) we have just +/- three months of inventory which is historically low and has created more of a seller's market (6 months supply is considered healthy).  When you also take into account the fact that our market is considered high-end, or luxury (that is a generalization, of course), which means that properties typically are on the market for a longer period of time, one can see that demand is certainly outweighing supply.
